Jesus was amazed that a foreigner would have such faith that he knew Jesus’ words alone were sufficient for healing (Luke 7:9). Who do you seek out for healing? In what ways have you found healing in your life or for someone you love? In what ways has healing been partial or not yet occurred?
In Matthew 16, verse 24, Jesus asks his followers to “deny themselves, take up their cross, and follow me.” Have you noticed that kind of devotion or service in others? What does it look like? What shape would such a movement look like in your own life?
